| We suggest the following approach: |
| • |
To inform: a
light presentation on the basic theory concerning body
language and the stress mechanism. |
| • |
Sensitize: to make each
participant aware of different stressful situations
in their daily life. |
| • |
To Enable: through laughing,
movement and pleasure, each participant acquires four
tools in burn out prevention enabling them to face
different stressful situations. (Emotional, physical,
mental and environmental.) |
| • |
Motivate: through discussions
and games, create in each participant a desire to apply
the tools acquired during the session. |
