is "Mandatory" for all PWGSC Functional Specialists
in Procurement, who do not have details of their past participation.
This session is highly recommended for those Functional Specialists
in Materiel Management and Real Property, and for those who
are not functional specialists, but participate in developing
tender documents, specifications, and bid evaluations.
Bid
Rigging is very difficult to detect - it can be subtle
or in some cases it can be blatant, but requires the vigilance
of all involved in the bid process. This session will teach
you how to recognize and prevent bid rigging. Real life
examples
will be provided, including situations involving federal
departments and agencies. |
