About the CIPMM AWARDS

This is your chance to recognize your fellow colleagues who have taken great pride in their work and have put in much effort to achieve great success within the procurement and materiel management field. It is up to you to help raise the profile of the materiel management function.

Submissions are to be sent to Shirley Trowbridge via email at shirley.trowbridge@thewillowgroup.com, fax: 613.729.6206, mailing address: 1485 Laperriere Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1Z 7S8.

Nominate a colleague or team for a 2012 CIPMM Award!

The Canadian Institute for Procurement and Materiel Management's Awards Program recognizes exemplary contributions by individuals and teams involved in the field of materiel management, procurement, and supply chain management. The purpose of these awards is to provide an opportunity to recognize contributions by peers and colleagues and to raise the profile of the materiel management function.

Federal procurement, materiel and supply managers carry out diverse management functions, from policy development and implementation through information systems design and management to the negotiation of complex, multi-million dollar contracting arrangements. These managers have a direct impact on materiel asset holdings valued at over $50 billion.
Nominating a colleague or team for one of the Institute’s prestigious awards demonstrates the value, importance and professionalism of the materiel management function.

Award recipients will be honoured at the 2012 Annual National Workshop being held at the Ottawa Convention Centre on May 7-10, 2012. Add this Workshop to your training plan now!
